Super Juice Guide

This tool helps you calculate the precise amount of ingredients for your super juice. For best results, make sure to weigh each component accurately before mixing.

How to Super Juice

Super Juice isn’t as intimidating as it sounds. This sustainable, flavor-packed technique is surprisingly simple to master — just follow the same basic steps you’d use to make a cordial.

Here's how to make one:

    1. Combine your peels and acids
Add your citrus peels to a clean container along with your acid blend (typically citric and malic acid). Massage the peels into the acids to help extract oils and flavor.

    2. Let it rest
Leave the mixture at room temperature for about 2 hours. This gives the acids time to break down the peels and pull out all the good stuff.

    3. Blend it all
Dump the acid-peel mixture into a blender.

    4. Add the rest of your ingredients
Pour in your water, . Blend on high speed until fully combined.

    5. Strain and bottle
Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids. Bottle it up — baraboom barabam, you’ve got yourself a cordial.

Super Juice is a more sustainable way to introduce acidity into your cocktails. With a longer shelf life and less waste, it’s as good as it sounds. That said, personally, nothing beats freshly squeezed lime juice for me. But hey, you do you!
