Cordial Guide

This tool helps you to make exactly the right amount of cordial that you need.

How to Cordial

Cordials aren’t complicated to make. They’re simple, yes — but they’re also highly effective in both the cocktail world and the non-alcoholic realm. Whether you’re behind the bar or experimenting at home, cordials are a low-effort, high-impact way to add flavor, acidity, and balance to your drinks

Here's how to make one:

    1. Combine your peels and acids
Add your citrus peels to a clean container along with your acid blend (typically citric and malic acid). Massage the peels into the acids to help extract oils and flavor.

    2. Let it rest
Leave the mixture at room temperature for about 2 hours. This gives the acids time to break down the peels and pull out all the good stuff.

    3. Blend it all
Dump the acid-peel mixture into a blender.

    4. Add the rest of your ingredients
Add your sweetener, water, and any other flavoring elements. Blend on high speed until fully combined.

    5. Strain and bottle
Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids. Bottle it up — baraboom barabam, you’ve got yourself a cordial.

Cordials are a bartender’s secret weapon for layering flavor and dialing in balance. They’re fast, flexible, and endlessly customizable
