Spec Sheet Templates

I’ve put together a few spec sheet templates you can use for your own bar. These are the three most common layouts I’ve used over the years, so I thought I’d share them with you.

Word Doc Spec Sheet
Simple yet effective template, easy to understand and read.

Excel Spec Sheet No1
This Excel sheet I used for my last workplace, my colleagues said that it was easy to read and understand, they especially liked that the specs were written in the same order as the cocktail menu.

Excel Spec Sheet No2
This particular spec sheet format is my favorite. I worked with it for a long time, I find it easy to print and easy to understand.

Classic Cocktails
Little List of classic cocktail spec sheet, sorted in alphabetical order. These recipes might be different from classics, but they're the ones that worked well for me and my customers. It's a good little sheet to self-reference on odd classics whenever someone randomly orders one.
